Assassins Creed 2 (X360 & PS3) Review @ Gamingheaven
Read The Review Here
_________________ Assassins Creed II is the long awaited followup to the hugely successful 2007 Ubisoft romp which sold en masse and met with both critic and public approval. Sure, there were some issues but overall it was an entertaining and immersive game which ended up with a huge following. The sequel is set to address those issues while keeping the fantasy sci-fi stealth appeal which won over the hearts of many gamers. |

Awesome review as always, and the game is certainly more immersible then the beginning. My only regret, or rather annoyance is that it's not coming to PC Until March 2010, From what I see. but the game itself is glorious.

Speak of the devil!
![]() The review has lifted my expectations for the game considerably. Every aspect of it seems to have been improved compared to the original, which is great as, while the first game was really good and it managed to keep me immersed until the end, the finish probably came just in time as quite a few things were getting a little repetitive and over-simplified (for example, after Altair increased his swordsmanship skill, it was possible to slay an army by just repeatedly pressing left mouse button, occasionally followed by a counter-kill should the opponent dodge or a break grab if necessary; with a 5 button mouse, you could literally do it with a hand behind your back ). Can't wait for the PC version!

I already have the game for like 5 days and it's really nice! Certainly worth the money...
I'm curious what the next place and date will be... (maybe Nazi Germany =D?) |

I caught myself thinking about purchasing an Xbox. Not only do the consoles get many games sooner, the fact that you get a gaming system that will serve you for several years for the price of a higher end graphics card is also tempting. Still, there is no official distribution in my country and retailers only give one year warranty so I'm probably not going to do it (MS has offices here, but I don't think that they deal with hardware).

I can't decide if I will get it on console, I might though. I really want it, would you go with Xbox or PS3 Z?

technically, very little difference, but I have faith in the PS3 not failing on me. I always opt for the PS3 now when I have the option. The only way to get a good, working long term Xbox 360 is to buy a lian Li specialised case for it and build it properly.
